Fair Fight not triggering? Nemesis did not drop gold last win

Feels like I've won the matchup against her about 15 times but no tracking for this achievement. Last time I fought her I had 22-3 advantage and she did not even give me gold (had 97 after she picked a door)? I'm on night 127 and this is my last achievement to get. I've never lost the fight against her, could that be a requirement in some way? Any help to get this last achievement is appreciated, as I've exhausted everything else there is to do besides kudos rewards!
