Buyer claimed pick up point is not a pick up point anymore

Hi all, I sold a dress which had arrived at the pick up point. The buyer claims that store is not a pick up point anymore though. They seem to not really speak English that well and they don’t answer my questions directly. So now I have two questions:

1. What to do in general?
2. Does anyone have any experience with a parcel being dropped of at a store that doesn’t work with the carrier anymore? (In this case it was Vinted Go)
