Infotainment System

I have been seeing gauge's on some people's GTI's and Golf R's Infotainment system and have been trying to figure out how to find them, only to realize the 2019 Rabbit edition does not have them as an option. Is there a way I can update the OS of the car to have them or would I have to change out the whole unit for it to work? Not sure how this stuff works, any help is greatly appreciated.
