Finalizing a 80% Work 20% Gaming PC
###Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yes
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
This build is intended for audio-visual work and some gaming with about an 80/20 split between the two. I want something that I do not have to think about upgrading for at least 5 years, preferably 7, but that has room for expansion with RAM and storage. I don't play games as much as I used to so I'm unbothered if it doesn't run every game with the highest frames at the highest settings. Personally, I have never seen much of a point in having a monitor beyond 1440p, so although it isn't listed in the parts I will be getting a 1440p 120-200 Hz monitor. My highest priority performance wise is that it will be able to easily handle heavy work loads on video and audio editing programs for years to come.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)
Ideally 120 FPS at 1440p, but if it can't I don't care too much.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
I'm trying very hard to keep it below $5,000.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
United States
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.
The ZOTAC GPU is a placeholder for a Founders Edition since the latter doesn't seem to be listed on PCPP. Also, I am aware that the i9-14900k outperforms the 9950x3d in Premier, but the benchmarks I looked at showed the 9950x3d outperforming the i9-14900k in most other video editing programs, and I try to stay out of the Adobe ecosystem when I can help it. Lastly I've been wondering if for work in DAWs I should buy a sound card or look more at DACs?
