Parastomal varices

Does anyone have experience with parastomal varices? I have cirrhosis caused by primary sclerosing cholangitis as well as an ileostomy (for UC). I was recently diagnosed with grade 1 and 2 oesophageal varices and have bruising around my stoma which is worrying me.
