Struggling after NHS refused more therapy

A psychologist recently rejected my referral for Mentalisation-Based Therapy on the basis that I received this treatment about 8 years ago, along with other therapies totalling around 7 years. Secondary care are now refusing any further intensive therapy. I'm still struggling and would like to know if there's anything I can do or any other options available, as I feel badly let sienna by the NHS.
