Anxious about ovarian cysts

I've had an ovarian cyst for about two and a half years, my doctor monitored me and we waited if it disappears on it's own. Now, after more than half a year since my last check she found two more cysts. The sizes are 8,5cm, 7,5 cm and 3,5 cm. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort for the last year so this shocked me. I have to go for a surgery soon. The problem is, I'm going on a vacation this month and I will be on a two hour flight and I'm deathly scared of the cysts rupturing or of torsion while I'm on the plane or just anywhere else. And since I learned about the cysts my stomach has been hurting. It may be just psychosomatic, after all I didn't even know about it until now. But it just stressed me out so much and I don't know if I can go on the flight.
