What year did it all begin to go downhill in the West?

Question

I think we can all agree that after a certain point, the West just moved in the totally wrong direction. But when exactly? Here are some years I have in mind and my explanations:

- 1913(the establishment of the Federal Reserve and income tax; I don't even have to explain why this is awful; Also when Woodrow Wilson became president)

- 1918(Defeat of the Central Powers in WW1; mass overthrow of monarchies across Europe ensues; seeds of fascism/communism planted)

- 1932(Election of FDR; I'm a libertarian, so I am required to despise FDR and his influence on government policy)

- 1936(Keynesian Revolution; I am a libertarian, so I am required to despise Keynes and his influence on economics)

- 1945(Defeat of the Axis Powers in WW2; Axis atrocities were abominable and I will not defend them, but Western Europe massively overcorrected in response to them; Any nationalist edge the Europeans once had were crushed and replaced with suicidal empathy)

- 1948(Israeli declaration of independence; the opps)

- 1960s(This entire decade was awful; The beginning of runaway moral rot in the West, not to mention the Civil Rights Act passed, trampling all over our freedom of association)
