Unusual Problem

I ordered a shirt from a shop called InherentlyFabulous last spring. They told me it would not arrive until the end of September. No problem.

When it never arrived, I attempted to contact this seller only to find the shop left Etsy and there isn’t any contact info. In addition, my order is listed on Etsy but the order number disappeared with the business.

When trying to create a case for a refund on Etsy Help and Support, I can’t do so without an order number and there is no human to contact since it clearly states online that all support must be done through the online AI.

Do you have any advice for me or do I flush that money away? Thanks.
