Quo/Openphone is great unless

you need customer service! Either completely non responsive or barely responsive + non helpful.

Great system and basic UI. But seemingly simple bug tickets are ignored (in my case for almost 2 years). Moderators will ask for ticket # to “look into it” and then 👻

Business is growing and I need to add new users and numbers, but due to ongoing notification issues I’m looking elsewhere. Sucks because at one point I was singing you guys’ praises.
