400-500$ scooter recommendations?

New to scooters and moved to a city. Need something that I can take on and off the train. I would like it to have a good build quality, be able to be water tight and have the option of larger wheels. I was looking at the segway ninebot e2 because it’s 350$. I’m trying to stick a good brand and am avoiding Amazon brands. I don’t want wish.com or temu crap. Thanks!
