New World Refugee- Advice needed

Title. First MMO was New World. Looking for a new land to start another adventure as I phase out of the final months of New World.

What I’m looking for:

• A gear treadmill similar to NW. I loved the chase of getting a new set and then pivoting to harder content to work on the next best set and the next build I want to grind out

• Dungeons, preferably with the holy trinity type system where roles are important

• Some sort of open world and or instanced PVP

Bonus points for F2P. I tried guild wars 2 but I am a bit turned off by the fact that gear can be relevant for literal years, part of the chase for the best stuff was what I liked with NW.
