Canyons Village vs Deer Valley for evening ambiance?

Which area has more nighttime Christmas ambiance for a nice dinner in December? It’s so hard to tell just from pics and influencer videos! We’ll be there on a family trip and already planning on Main Street one night and Midway another. Which would be more of a holiday-lights, Christmas vibe for our third night… Canyons Village or somewhere in Deer Valley, like St Regis?
