Should I attach my resume to my Linkedin profile?

Title. Basically have seen a few people do this and figured, is it a good idea? I already removed the #LookingForWork banner on my profile because I heard it looks desperate to recruiters. Just wondering if having my resume featured on my profile makes me more appealing to recruiters, or if it doesn't really change much? Thanks.
