Turzx Monitor not refreshing on theme change

I just received my first Turzx Monitor, the 2.8 inch version. I started Turzx Monitor and basically it’s working. BUT as soon as I stop the device, change the theme and try to start it again it freezes. I need to restart the software and the device gain, delete everything that’s stored on the sd card and then I can add a theme and start the device, at least it works most of the times. When I want to change the theme again, all starts over again. According to the Turzx Monitor there’s enough space left.

Has anybody deled with this behavior before or could it be a hardware issue?
