Burnt out and frusterated
I don’t know if anyone experiences this, maybe this is just a vent. I’ve been working with my NF for about 2.5 years for twin 3.5 year old boys and Nm is a a SAH mom Nd works from home 85% of the time. With Nm discipline is non existent and the kids are constantly crying for what they want or if I say no to something or try to create a boundary mom will say yes and contradict what I say. Nd is more strict but I have an overall quiet relationship with him because I don’t think he likes talking to the help and has nm do it. Which is overall weird and slightly uncomfortable in and of itself. With some uncomfortable situations surrounding pay that has made me uncomfortable talking to him overall. Nm will ask me for advice because I have a lot of childcare experience and behavioral experience but won’t follow my advice which has created some unpleasant behaviors such as crying for everything because nm has created behavioral patterns. Now I find myself exhausted and burnt out. I know I need to find another job preferably not in childcare but the job market is so rough right now that I am having an issue removing myself from the situation quickly. What are someways I can help myself in this situation?
