Questioning my diagnosis

I kind of feel a constant low mood and spend so much time wishing I could get my emotions back. The last time I experienced my emotions was when I was put of Quetiapine years back, but now I'm on lamotrigine and olanzapine and they're not working so I really don't know what to do anymore. I try and make lifestyle changes but nothing works, I just feel so lazy and indifferent.
