Are PH supposed to ride along with drivers…?

So we have this warehouse rat at my station. Chick started a few months ago & immediately started flaunting herself to the drivers. She bounced from driver to driver for a bit & has finally settled on one. Yesterday (Sunday) she came in on her day off to ride with the driver on his route. Is this acceptable? She routinely hugs & kisses the driver when he shows up & last week management caught onto it & moved her to the belt closest to unload front & center for the head manager to watch her.
