How to get marksheets ?

Hey guys so I passed my GED back in Sept 24 with decent score (162 and rest 155) but I just noticed when I downloaded the transcripts and diploma. I have not received a marksheet.

When I say marksheet,it's suppose to showcase how much I scored and how much was the passing score and what percentage etc. ive seen some people received it and some didn't. Now I am an international student and working in American based offices.

Some of them are asking for these marksheets and how they could verify my docs. I've already told them that they could verify my certificate following the 2nd page in the original pdf.

I want to know if anyone received it or how to get it because some of my job places need it also which board ive studied. I've gotten mine from Superintendent in Washington D.C. should I just wrote Washington D.C in the board sections ?

Thanks
