What do you do when it says leave at door but customer is outside and you hand it to them?

How to I protect myself when the customer says leave at door but when I get there, they are waiting and I hand it to them? The app makes me take a picture, and I'm not gonna take a picture of the person holding the food, especially if a female, just feels weird.
