Apply for college day at my school is next week. Am i able to get in with a 3.1 if my gpa will definitely meet the requirement by the end of the school year?

I am taking the SAT this weekend not too confident that my score will meet the requirement either, but I know that I will finish the school year with a 3.2. Will I get rejected if I apply for free during apply for college day?
