Episode Titles and Predictions

Two more days until 5&6 come out, so I figured I'd take a shot at predicting the broad strokes of what happens in each episode, based off of the titles and what we know now.

Episode 5: Team Building

This sounds like its going to be a low-stakes episode. Doing dispatches, learning more about our team personally, and maybe getting a little more relationship and Mecha Man suit building.

Wishful thinking; I want to have more team interactions like the meeting and bar scenes. We have so few real interactions with the other characters and feel pretty disconnected from them, despite Robert's charisma.

Episode 6: Moving Parts

Moving Parts. Things are happening. This is going to be when the 'endgame' plot starts setting up and unveiling. We're going to be learning about Shroud if he's the episode 8 boss, but if not, whatever starts in episode 6 is going to be the plotline we focus on for the rest of the game.

Episode 7: Retrospective

This is the episode that would have the 'spy' reveal if that's a thing. Retrospective could also be about Mecha Man Astral and his relationship with Shroud and the pulse.

Wishful thinking; Personally I think this is going to involve Robert sliding back into the Mecha Man perspective, ignoring his dispatching in favor of Batman-ing around and raising the stakes. We may not even get a dispatch minigame here.

Episode 8: Synergy

Obviously, the big 'team comes together' moment. The Z-team push back and show that they're actually really competent, and that they have Robert's back.

Wishful thinking; I'd like a dispatch mission, except instead of dispatching to the whole city we're commanding the squad to assault a singular building defended by Shroud's augmented goons.
