Team balancer is a joke in this game

Team balancer in this game needs looking into. I'm constantly joining ongoing matches that are basically already lost, always put on the losing side. If that doesn't happen I'm matched with players who have seemingly never touched a keyboard in their life while the opposing team is a sweatlords fiesta transfer straight from CODs CDL. I know it mixes people up based on skill bu holy hell my 2.5 K/D shouldn't mean I'm playing against the top 10 of the region. I'm losing my mind again. Maybe 1 in 10 matches feels actually fair.
