Pet Insurance

I'm looking to get pet insurance through my work and they offer two options: MetLife and Pets Best. I've never heard of Pets Best before and it's a little cheaper with somewhat better coverage (which I find suspicious in this day and age) but without knowing much about either I don't know which way to go.

Does anyone have any experience with either and has made claims with them? Positive or negative reviews appreciated. Thanks!
