Happiness With TEM?

Hello all. I have experience working for a private equity telecom consultant and noticed during my time there that they spent a lot of time auditing their data and never fully trusted it even though they had a good TEM. I'm wondering if any of you experience this problem as well. Any thoughts or comments are much much appreciated.
