Uterus biopsy - BCL6 is elevated

J fid my hysteroscopy biopsy. The result came like BCL6 is slightly elevated. My doc said it is possible that I have endometriosis but not necessarily.

I have regular painless periods.

Anyone has this tested? When BCL6 is high what your doctor suggested? Have you endometriosis and what helped you.
