A hard-core mode

Hello looking for advice on a mod list or settings change to do a fun "hardcore" server.

Current thoughts are if you die you lose all gear on your body without a chance to recover corpse. Other idea is disabling thrall taming and only allowing animals but that has issues.

Mod ideas?
