Advice on divorce

Hello,

Please no judgement or mean comments. I am without friends and really want advice. My spouse cheated- again. He gets dating apps and talks to other women we are going through disagreements. I scheduled a marriage therapy session for tomorrow but honestly, I just dont have a care to fix it. We have 4 beautiful babies, all elementary age and unfortunately, I do not have anywhere to live. I told him we could try again but I just dont want to be the jealous person I was years ago. I found myself trying to find him on tinder and secret accounts today. I dont want to be this person. Does anyone have advice on how to just breathe and get through this?
