Whats a good case, PSU, cooler and drive combo for a 5070ti + 7090x build

Build Help

Hey, im building a new gaming pc, after my last build has loyaly chugged on for more than a decade. Im aiming to not replace the new one for around the same amount of time, so longevity and durability are kinda big factors. My aim is more or less higher mid range, with a good price/performance, and a max budget of around 1800€ for the complete build (EU online shop prices). Looks and colour matching are not really a concern.

Im an old ass casual and will not be playing competitively in any way. Diverse range of games - RPG, MMO, RTS and 4X, FPS... the first thing ill play through after building the thing willl probably be Cyberpunk, Space marine 2, Avowed, Warhammer III... playing at 1440p.

Heres my base build, and bellow them the parts ive been looking at to complete the build:

MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI Mainboard Socket AM5
AMD Ryzen 7 9700X
ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5070 Ti OC
Patriot Viper VENOM 32GB (2x16) 6000MHz CL30

CASE: NZXT H7 Flow - are there better options? I dont need/want any RGB though, i like the more understated look.

COOLER: thermalright burst assasin 120 - from what i saw, amazing performance for a low price. Is it more than good enough or? I am more than willing to pay a few extra 10€, if i get noticably quieter sound levels (not so much if the differences are minor).

PSU - is 850W overkill? Do i want a gold certified one for longevity? Havad a bronze one now which was just fine, but again willing to spend a few eruos more for reliability. Suggestions on models appreciated!

DRIVE - samsung is supposedly the straight forward choice? Have had cruical SSDs for the last decade with zero problems.

If you think some of the choices in the main build could be optimised, happy to hear thoughts on that aswell. Thanks for the input! :)
