CO2 Laser Skin Treatments for Dark Skin?

Would love any recommendations for dermatologists or med spas that are experienced working with darker skin, ideally places that use the latest fractional CO2 tech or other resurfacing options that are safer for melanin-rich skin.

Also open to hearing if anyone’s had good results with alternatives (like erbium laser, microneedling RF, or chemical peels) instead of CO2. Does anyone have personal references or doctor recs?
