GE Fridge cooling slowly
I have a GE fridge (GTS16GSHJRSS) that wasn’t cooling. It was staying around 60F. I cleaned the condenser coil, disassembled the refrigerator controller piece, cleaned out the vent between the freezer and fridge (completely blocked), put everything back together and got it cooling again.
My concern is, even on the coldest setting the fridge is only cooling to 40F and when the door is opened it raises to 45F - 50F and doesn’t come down very quickly.
My thought is it may be an issue with the temperature control unit? Or is this normal operation and I’m overthinking it?
Thank you all in advance.
