PSA: Do not try to send in Ecco shoes for warranty replacement

So I have a pair of Biom C4 Boas that I bought two months ago for $279. Within two. Months the glue where the outsole meets the toebox started coming undone and a flap was hanging off. So I sent them in for warranty replacement.

TLDR: they sent me a gift certificate for $260 that expires in two months, don’t have the shoes in stock and don’t expect any back in before the code expires. I guess I’ve been spoiled by most brands having good customer service, but man, Ecco has lost a customer in me.
