It’s so quiet…

Has anyone experienced after their diagnosis and subsequently started medication that they don’t talk as much or have difficulty having a conversation? Like I feel like I can talk when someone else initiates the conversation but if I have to start one I freeze. Is it environmental? Like maybe high stress is causing this instead of
