Arma 3 issues with hosting a game to play with a friend, help pls

I have tried using zerotier, enabling and disabling upnp, and tried to port forward, all of which have been unsuccessful. My router has a weird setting menu so im not sure i did the port forward right but any help someone could give would be much appreciated
