Optum vs Express Scripts

I've had BCBS for the past few years which uses OptumRX for mail pharmacy, I get 90 day supplies.

I'm considering switching to Cigna since my plan won't exist next year and the replacement plan doesn't have my doctor in network.

Cigna uses Express Scripts apparently for mail pharmacy, anyone know how it compares to Optum?

Optum is a pain in the a$$ already. At least prior to this year their only redeeming quality was that you would always get an american customer service rep. Ever since the start of 2025 it's all indians and the service has gotten even worse, being out of medications, etc.
