1st week done, anything different in symptoms for week 2?

I took my second dose of Wegovy today. I weighed myself last night and lost 8 lbs in the first week. I think that's good. Has anyone noticed a significant change in symptoms between week 1 and week 2? In week 1, the only thing I really noticed was my appetite. I wasn't hungry, especially in the middle of the day, and I usually want a snack, but I didn't feel the craving for one. I also ate a lot less.
