Can’t login to old child account on switch 2

I recently bought a switch 2 to get back into it, i have the switch 1 and have many hours in several games, but unfortunately when i made the account i was a child so i have a child account, but it has been so long i no longer know the parent account it is under nor the sign in ID/password, i have emailed support detailing this, but just wanted to ask a wider audience: What can i do? And how fucked am i? I am happy to provide any additional details, i just don’t want to lose my pokemon i transferred over from my 3ds years ago.
