Best builds for t17 maps?

Currently playing archmage ball lightning of orbiting heiro, and starting to hit a bit of a wall on t16s (lots of mods make it either really slow, or unpleasant to play - most likely a skill issue more than anything else, but oh well), so thinking of swapping to something else. However, ideally whatever I swap to will be stronger for juiced mapping.

What are some of the best choices? Somewhat interested in soulwrest, but keen to have some ideas thrown at me!
