Hackclaw unused (was used) voice line

Hackclaw inky reflection voice lines had a bug where the (where are all the rats) "let's hunt down some rats" did work in the game and instead she was saying "i have seen people who shoot better than you, more accurate than you, but i have never seen people who are as bad as you" now that line is corrected and replaced with the intended one, question is, what was that line for? A future skin? Because you can't add something so long by mistake.
