Resumé for college apps

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if not putting a resumé would impact my chances, especially if a t20 gives the option to submit one. Idk if anyone saw the video, but this guy on TikTok (tineocollegeprep) said not putting one would be a red flag, etc. I know this is stupid but I am a bit worried now. Could someone lmk? Thank you :)
