Hair takes hours to dry and gets oily easily

Hi everybody! I have extremely thick Asian black hair and it takes hours and hours to dry (and even if I use the hair dryer probably would be an hour) I get it thinned out at the hair salon. I wouldn’t mind washing my hair every other day or every three days, but it literally takes a couple of hours for my hair to get greasy again. So it just means either having horribly greasy hair or taking hours to style my hair. Does anyone have any tips or have similar issues to this? Thank you in advance ❤️
