What material would you say this hoodie is?

I have just had these QC photos through for a hoodie I ordered (weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7557279359 for anyone interested)

But the hoodie looks 'plasticky' to me - it looks like an embossed wool pattern.

What do you guys think?
