I quit porn today Day#1

Hello, I have tried several times to quit this addiction without success, but this time I decided to post my new attempt to prove to myself that I can really and accept that porn is definitely an issue. I would like to know yours strategies, advice, comments, anything that has helped you get through this addiction. I am tired of having only lewd thoughts and wasting my time. I hadn't started NNN as such but I'll use it as a target. Good luck
