Need someone who can make music for collab

I am a songwriter with the ability to sing to some extent. I am interested in creating songs and can contribute both vocals and lyrics. However, I require collaboration with an individual who possesses expertise in music composition. I am proficient in writing lyrics in English and Hindi, and have some capability in writing lyrics in Urdu. My writing skills are notably above average.
