A gay boy living in Sweden
Hi, i am 20M, studying in Sweden. I come from a Pakistan. I am wondering if I want to settle down here as part of the lgbt community, how do I proceed? Is the only way to use particularly using my gay identity is through seeking asylum? I don't want to do that as I am not openly gay, just not yet (of course because of my background), hence I am. It being prosecuted for being gay. But I probably will be, only if I open up. So does that meet the need for seeking asylum? Plus, i really don't want to seek asylum as I don't feel like I deserve. I would if i was under threat, but right now, I am not. So is there any other ways to shift to a better visa? Or should I look for other countries? I am sure Sweden is cracking down on asylum seekers too or whatever, just a guess.
It would be a huge plus if you know if i can get a visa by marrying my imaginary bf too. I just need to get a better life instead of working 60 hours a week to pay my tuition. But if I am on a different visa, I would not need to pay tuiton. Thanks for the responses.
