French Romance (Toulouse) during the crusades

Hi everyone. I recall the book cover being some shade of blue. The book starts off with a young couple recently married. It takes places during the crusades, mainly in Toulouse, France. The man is either knight or lord of the castle, and the woman is left back at home. The story covers their whole lives, her struggles taking care of the home while the husband is back and forth between the holy land for multiple crusades.
