I just had a few questions.

I wanted to get Verizon Cube home internet. I've read the installation is $100. I just needed to know if I pay that up front, with first bill, etc. How soon can it be installed. Because, you know, PEOPLE SHOP AROUND.

You can't speak to me about anything unless I have an account. You want me to UPLOAD front and back of MY DL and a live photo to verify my identity... SO I CAN ASK IF I PAY THE INSTALLATION FEE UP FRONT OR WITH MY FIRST BILL.

I'll pay up to $10 more per month to a provider that can SPEAK TO ME. Because this is obviously going to be an issue when service goes out or we need repairs.
