Inguinal hernia-bulge on the pubic bone?

Anyone who have Inguinal hernia on the pubic bone( on right labia) ? Mine is reducible but sores also pain in right leg....the bulge is on right labia..some people said their hernia is on groin but mine is lower especially on the right labia and it causes pain
