Help with adhd medicine

I took a 10mg dexmethylphenidate about 6 hours ago, I’m still nauseous and have some brain fog. I only take this medicine when I need to study hard for a test and normally it wears off by now. I’ve been drinking water and eating fine, any suggestions to feel better soon?
