Isn’t it annoying when people tell ye things ye already know? Me two little brothers did it a lot when they were little & I used to think it’s things that little kids did but now they’re older & it’s so
So so very annoying ahaha. Everyone else does it to me a lot & sometimes I feel like I’ve to pretend not to know just to avoid seeming rude by saying I know.
Me little brother telling me a fella would knock me out if he called me a bitch & I explained why it’s a slur when I grew up defending meself against lads as a literal child when he was tiny ahaha. I never said a word to these lads & they’d still try to harm me. Like I am fully aware & have experience from years ago. For reference I’m black & Muslim & female in a predominantly white country so obviously I’d be a target. Plus in school they loved pushing autistics into meltdowns.
He’s always been one to state the obvious though & I suppose it’s never disappeared. He was 18 when he said this. & then there’s the other one that‘ll explain shows I films I’ve already seen to me before he was born but I’m sure it’s just infodumping. He isnt a diagnosed but do think the 15 yr old might be autistic & an ADHD’er.
I think some of us autistics might accidentally do this to when we’re infodumping. I actually accidentally did it to this autistic woman but I didn’t know she was autistic until she told me after expressing her frustration. Gosh I felt so bad ahaha.
It’s things like people trying to tell me about the place I grew up or me body or things only I would’ve experienced that really drives me up the wall. & then I feel like asking why they thought I didn’t already know. & it’s like people think bcz I’m black that must mean I don’t know anything about the country I was born & raised in? Ehh but anyways. This is just a ranting post & no one has to respond.
